For the dough
20 g of Saf-Instant yeast (or 2x 11 g sachets)
500 g of flour
250 ml of water
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
For the topping
Mozzarella or grated cheese
In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt and oil together. Knead until you have a soft and smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a tea towel and leave to rest for 2 hours.
Heat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7.
Sprinkle a bit of flour on your work surface to work with the dough. With a rolling pin, roll the dough into a disc about 35/40cm in diameter.
Cover the baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Distribute the crumbled-up tuna, mozzarella, mushrooms, olives and grated cheese over the surface.
Add some basil as a garnish and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7.
Presentation tip: Cut the dough with a person-shaped pastry cutter before cooking!
