02 May Hamburger buns

1 sachet of Saf-Instant yeast (11 g)
500 g of flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 egg yolk
250 ml of warm milk
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of oil
In a bowl, combine the flour, oil, sugar, egg yolk, salt and the Saf-Instant yeast. Gradually pour in the warm milk until a soft dough is formed.
Leave to rest for 15 mins, then knead and leave to rest for a further 15 mins.
Shape the dough into balls. Transfer the dough balls into previously greased metal bun moulds, or if not available, on a baking tray covered with grease-proof paper.
Leave to rise and then bake at 240°C.
Once buns are cooked, garnish with minced beef rounds, slices of cheese and tomato to create hamburgers.
