250 g of flour (T55)
1 egg
5 g of salt
10 g of sugar
10 ml of liquid vanilla
300 ml of milk
100 g of butter
11 g of Saf-Instant yeast


In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt. 

Add the warm milk, egg, and vanilla. Then pour in the sachet of Saf-Instant yeast.

Beat with a whisk until you have a smooth paste.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 60 minutes in a warm place.

Beat with the whisk again.

Cook the waffles in a traditional waffle-maker.
