Entrants must have permission to participate (if a bakery employee) and must be a client having purchased Lesaffre products (the \u201cEntrant\u201d).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An individual may enter the Contest only once.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees of Lesaffre and any other company involved in the organisation of the Contest, whether directly or indirectly, in addition to their family members, and baker demonstrators or bakers affiliated to competing organisations.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre reserves the right to ask participants to provide proof that they satisfy the requirements for entry. Anyone failing to satisfy these conditions or refusing to provide proof will be excluded from the Contest, and may under no circumstances receive any prize. They may not claim compensation for such exclusion.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 5: ENTRY CONDITIONS <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to take part in the Contest, Entrants must:<\/p><ul><li>Prepare a bread referencing the 50th anniversary of Saf-instant and using Saf-instant yeast.<\/li><li>Take a photo of their bread with the packaging of the Saf-instant yeast used (125 g or 500 g)<\/li><li>Go to the platform and complete the entry form<\/li><li>Upload the photo of their bread via the form<\/li><li>They may attach the recipe, if they wish.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to assign to Lesaffre all rights to reproduce, adapt, modify, truncate, and distribute the photographs, images, and\/or text uploaded, the rights to which they personally hold or are empowered to exercise, by any means including digitally and in any format. These rights are assigned free of valuable consideration and on a non-exclusive basis, worldwide and for an unlimited period, solely for the purposes of the Contest.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By entering the Contest, Entrants simply and unreservedly accept these rules.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, contains false information, breaches the rules or is received after the Contest\u2019s closing date will be deemed null and void.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The costs of entry (including internet connection charges, for example) shall be borne exclusively by the Entrant.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 6 \u2013 SELECTION OF WINNERS<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five winners will be selected by a vote after the Contest has closed, according to the following procedure:<\/p><ul><li>Preselection phase: during the first phase, visitors to the website at https:\/\/saf-instant.com may cast one vote per day, by \u2018liking\u2019 a photo. The 50 photos with the highest number of votes will go through to the next round, in which they will be judged by the Lesaffre jury.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Judging: the 50 Participants whose photos gained the most votes will be required to email their recipe to saf-instant@lesaffre.com within a period of two months of being notified by Lesaffre (by email or phone, depending on the method used by the Entrants) that their entry has been preselected. These 50 photos, accompanied by their recipes, will then be judged by a jury of regional Baking Centre managers and the Lesaffre marketing team.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The photos and recipes will be judged on the following criteria:<\/p><ul><li>Simplicity: the ability of the recipe to be reproduced by any baker, regardless of ability and equipment. This criterion will be worth 20 points.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Marketability: the suitability of the new bread for sale in all bakeries. This criterion will be worth 20 points.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Adherence to the Contest theme: the bread must reference the festive nature of a birthday celebration. This criterion will be worth 30 points.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Originality: the creativity, inventiveness, innovative nature of the bread or recipe (shape, ingredients, texture, colour, process, etc.). This criterion will be worth 30 points.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The five winning entries (the \u201cWinners\u201d) will be those with the five highest scores (total number of points) awarded by the jury. The Entrant with the highest score of the five will win the main prize.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 7 \u2013 PRIZES<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Main prize: a trip for two to Paris with a total commercial value of approximately \u20ac5,000.00 (five thousand euros) inclusive of taxes. This prize includes the following:<\/li><li>Two return tickets to Paris<\/li><li>Four nights in a hotel<\/li><li>Meals provided by Lesaffre<\/li><li>A &#8220;Saf-instant Winners&#8221; evening hosted by staff from M4B and Lesaffre International<\/li><li>A day at Lille Baking Centre + tour of the Lesaffre campus<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any costs associated with or incurred during the week of the trip (e.g. transportation to and from the airport) are the responsibility of the winner. The Entrant and their travel companion will be responsible for obtaining any visas or other administrative documents needed for the trip awarded as the main prize.<\/p><ul><li>Each of the other four winning Entrants will receive a voucher to the value of \u20ac200.00 (two hundred euros) inclusive of taxes, or another prize of an equivalent value.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Winners will be informed by email or telephone (as indicated on entering the Contest), and will be provided with an email address to which they must send their contact details (surname, given name, postal address and phone number) within fifteen days in order to receive their prizes.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Winner fails to reply within the said fifteen-day period, they will be deemed to have waived their prize.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone providing incorrect information will be disqualified and will not receive their prize.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prizes won are awarded to named individuals and may not be exchanged nor reimbursed for their cash value.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre declines all liability in the event of incidents and\/or accidents affecting Winners when using their prize.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of an equivalent value or nature, for any reason, and accepts no liability for such replacement.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 8: FORCE MAJEURE &#8211; EXTENSION:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre accepts no liability in the event that the Contest should be modified, curtailed, or cancelled owing to force majeure or for reasons outside its control.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In such an eventuality, Lesaffre reserves the right to extend the entry period and to postpone any dates announced.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any changes to these rules shall take effect immediately when published online, and all Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted them by entering the contest, with effect from the date on which the change takes effect. Any Entrant refusing such changes must withdraw from the Contest.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 9 &#8211; PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the purposes of the Contest, Lesaffre may process the contact details of Entrants and voters on computer. It undertakes to treat the information collected as strictly confidential and to refrain from disclosing it to third parties.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The personal data of Entrants and voters will be used exclusively for the following purpose: to manage the Contest in accordance with these rules.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre will take all appropriate precautions to keep the information it collects secure, and to ensure that it is not altered, damaged, or disclosed to unauthorised third parties.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pursuant to the \u201cInformation and Freedoms\u201d Act of 6 January 1978 and Regulation 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016, known as the \u201cGeneral Data Protection Regulation\u201d or GDPR, Entrants and voters have the right to access, rectify, or object to the processing of their personal data.\u00a0 Any Entrant or voter who objects to their personal data being processed shall be deemed to have expressly abandoned any participation in the Contest. Entrants may exercise their rights by sending an email to <a href=\"about:blank\">saf-instant@lesaffre.com<\/a> or by writing to the following postal address: 101 rue de Menin \u2013 59700 Marcq-en-Bar\u0153ul, France.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 10 \u2013 DISCLAIMER<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the Contest implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety, in addition to internet ethics rules, and any laws, regulations, or other statutory instruments applicable in France.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the Contest also implies that the Entrant is aware of and accepts the characteristics and limitations of the internet with respect to technical performance, response times when viewing, requesting, or transferring data, the risks of interruption in service, and more generally all risks pertaining to online connection and data transmission, the lack of protection for certain data against possible hijacking, and the risk of infection by viruses circulating online.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consequently, Lesaffre accepts no liability whatsoever for the following:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Content present on the social media pages of Entrants and participating partner distributors, and more generally any information published on the Instagram pages of participating partner distributors.<\/li><li>Malfunctions affecting the internet which prevent the Contest from proceeding correctly.<\/li><li>The consequences of any virus, bug, anomaly, or technical failure.<\/li><li>Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind which prevents or limits the possibility of participating in the Contest.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre cannot be held liable for sending a prize to the wrong address as a result of the Winner having provided incorrect postal address or owing to problems with the delivery service.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is the Entrant\u2019s responsibility for take all appropriate steps to protect their own data and\/or software stored on their computer hardware against attack.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 11 \u2013 ACCESS TO AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES \u2013 AMENDMENTS<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>11.1. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Access<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Contest rules are available on the website saf-instant.com.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>11.2.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Amendments<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lesaffre cannot be held liable in the event that the operation should be modified, postponed, or cancelled, either partly or entirely, for reasons beyond its control.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>11.3.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Claims<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any questions concerning the application or interpretation of these rules must be sent to the following address: <a href=\"about:blank\">saf-instant@lesaffre.com<\/a><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ARTICLE 12 \u2013 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These rules are governed by the laws of France.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All product names and brand names mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
