Especialmente si las quejas se refieren a la calidad de sus productos y si un producto result\u00f3 ser no apto para el consumo. Deje que el cliente se exprese y no se impaciente. No lo interrumpa y no responda impulsivamente.<\/p><p>Cuando el cliente haya dicho lo que ten\u00eda que decir, reitere los puntos principales de su queja para demostrar que ha prestado atenci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #dd0634;\">Consejo 2: Mantenga la calma, incluso cuando ante un cliente enojado<\/span><\/h2><p>Si su cliente est\u00e1 enojado o molesto, trate de llevarlo a un costado o hablar con \u00e9l\/ella lo m\u00e1s lejos posible de los dem\u00e1s clientes. No reaccione a provocaciones o amenazas.<\/p><p>\u00a1Siga sonriendo, no lo contradiga, muestre respeto por lo que dice!<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #dd0634;\">Consejo 3: Haga que el intercambio sea positivo<\/span><\/h2><p>No dude en agradecerle a su cliente por haberse tomado el tiempo de explicarle su problema. Piensa en todos los clientes insatisfechos que no se quejaron, y que no volver\u00e1 a ver. Un cliente que presenta una queja le da la oportunidad de identificar un problema que tal vez no haya percibido y, por ende, de mejorar su servicio.<\/p><p>Una queja le permitir\u00e1 estar atento a la mejora en sus procesos de producci\u00f3n o conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #dd0634;\">Consejo 4: Analice objetivamente la queja<\/span><\/h2><p>Las quejas pueden ser de dos tipos: objetivas o subjetivas. Con tranquilidad, haga preguntas imparciales para intentar explorar las razones m\u00e1s profundas del reclamo.<\/p><p>Haga preguntas espec\u00edficas: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 considera que el producto es malo o no cumple con sus expectativas? \u00bfLe ha ca\u00eddo mal a alguien? En particular, esto le permitir\u00e1 identificar los ingredientes en cuesti\u00f3n. Cuando est\u00e9 ante una queja subjetiva, empieza por decir:\u00a0 \u00abEntiendo que usted&#8230; \u00ab, d\u00e1ndole la raz\u00f3n al cliente sin por ello reconocer un error de su parte.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #dd0634;\">Consejo 5: Encuentre una soluci\u00f3n y ofrezca una compensaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h2><p>En caso de una queja subjetiva sobre una cuesti\u00f3n de gustos, trate siempre de encontrar una soluci\u00f3n que pueda guiar al cliente en sus pr\u00f3ximas compras.<\/p><p>Pres\u00e9ntele un producto m\u00e1s adecuado para \u00e9l, y perm\u00edtale probarlo. En caso de un problema real, desdramatice la situaci\u00f3n y ofrezca inmediatamente compensar al cliente con un producto gratuito o el reembolso del producto en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Si el cliente regresa a la tienda, mu\u00e9strele una atenci\u00f3n especial para que perciba el efecto positivo de su reclamo. Se sentir\u00e1 escuchado e incluso podr\u00eda convertirse en embajador de su panader\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
