Add and mix Saf-instant® The Original Red yeast directly into the flour (use 1 sachet for 500g to 1kg). Its quick absorption and easy and homogeneous mixing with the dough allows an efficient and optimal fermentation.
The yeast does not need to be rehydrated and can be added directly to the flour before kneading.
Do not place the yeast in direct contact with ice or iced water.
The yeast must be stored in a cool and dry place.
After opening the sachet, the product must be used within 48 hours.
The yeast does not need to be refrigerated.
Shelf life of 2 years from the date of production, unless special regulations apply.
