Saf-instant® Flex is a high-performance yeast developed to facilitate the work of bread-making professionals.
It is a multifunctional instant dry yeast for special recipes containing both sugar and preservatives. It is also suitable for low sugar doughs and under mixed and poorly hydrated doughs. That’s the perfect flexible yeast for all your applications!
Saf-instant® Flex can be used in multiple bread types. It has proven its equal effectiveness on flat breads, toast breads, brioches and on burger buns.
Add Saf-instant® Flex directly to the flour or at the beginning of kneading.
With its easy dispersion and its rapid and homogeneous assimilation into the dough, Saf-instant® Flex yeast allows an optimal fermentation.
Saf-instant® Flex yeast must be kept in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, the sachet of Saf-instant® Flex must be used within 48 hours or stored in the fridge, sealed and used within 8 days.
Do not put the product directly in contact with ice or iced water.
2 years from date of production, unless special regulations apply.
Saf-instant® Flex yeast is vacuum packed for quality and effectiveness.
