Incorporate Saf-instant®> Plus Red 2in1 yeast directly into the flour or at the beginning of kneading. With its easy dispersion and its rapid and homogeneous assimilation into the dough, Saf-instant yeast allows an optimal fermentation.
The yeast must be stored in a cool and dry place.
After opening the sachet, the product must be used within 48 hours.
Do not put the product in direct contact with ice or iced water.
