In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and water then add the yeast mixed with a little water.

Mix and knead until you have an even consistency. Leave the dough to rest for 60 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, shape into balls, cover with a cloth and leave to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Then shape into the desired shape, put the loaves on a baking sheet, cover with a cloth to prevent the dough drying out and leave to rest.

When they have doubled in size (after around 30 to 60 minutes), score the top of the loaves and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 240°C.
Tip
Put a bowl of water in the oven during baking to obtain a nice golden crust!
